Haigh Solutions LLC recognizes that many
organizations do not have internal staff needed to do the work required for completion of large projects. Our team is able to come alongside your staff and help them work through completion of these necessary but time-consuming and often overwhelming projects. Strategic planning is a process to help organizations frame what it is, what it does, and how it will accomplish its mission in the future. The process helps to identify the vision and provides guidance and direction in choosing the right path for future success. Importantly, it does not deal with decisions made in the future, but decisions made today that will affect the future. Our team of experienced facilitators will help your team members work through an organizational SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). Based on the information uncovered in the SWOT, the facilitators will help the team write goals and key performance indicators that will serve as an action plan for the next several years (typically 3 years).

Organizational studies are a highly customized in-depth evaluation of an organization driven by qualitative and quantitative data analysis conducted by our highly experienced field-specific consultants. Studies may range from full organizational audits to reviews of specific challenges that are being faced by our clients. Clients are provided with a detailed written report including recommendations. Often this includes a final presentation to senior leadership or elected officials detailing

The consultant on retainer program is specifically designed for organizations who need ongoing administrative/management support but are not at a size where they can employ additional team members to do this work.
